While the scenery was beautiful and the air clear and refreshing, the experience and the feeling were not as exciting and as great as what you would get through your own hard labour – trekking!

Gulmarg
We travelled up to the top of the mountain by cable car (or gondola). It is supposed to be the highest and longest cable car project in Asia. There are two stages; the first took us from Gulmarg Resort (2,600m) to Kongdoor at 3,060m while the second stage took us to Apharwat at 4,110m.
While the scenery was beautiful and the air clear and refreshing, the experience and the feeling were not as exciting and as great as what you would get through your own hard labour – trekking!
